We hope that the following will answer some of the questions you have about our various projects.  If you have a particular question that we haven’t answered though, do please get in touch.  We’re here to help.

How do I book onto a Green Volunteers or Green Angels project?
To book, visit our eventbrite page to register. You can choose to pay via eventbrite, by BACS or cheque but your registration must be made online.  You will receive an automatic booking confirmation once registration is complete.

I’ve been told the project is fully booked, how do I find out if I can go on the project?
If a project is fully booked you can add your name to the waiting list. If a space becomes available you will get an automatic notification via eventbrite.  If you wish to take up the place you have 1 day in which to make a booking, otherwise it will be offered to the next person on the list.

Which Awards can I work towards with the Green Team?
Many of our participants are working towards Awards including Duke of Edinburgh (skill or volunteering sections) and the John Muir Award. Sometimes participants are working towards the Saltire Award, Youth Achievement Award or part of the International Baccalaureate.

At gold level, you need to do 10 days with the Green Team
You can decide if you wish to attend our one day projects or weekend residentials (which count as two days), or a combination of them both.

Will I receive any further information prior to a project?

I need to cancel a project, can I have a refund?
Yes, please let us know if you cannot make a project. We require at least 7 days notice of cancellation so that your place can be offered to someone on the waiting list.
