On Sunday the 16 of November we went to Glenude forest and made fences around areas that will have native Scottish trees in them. The reason we built these fences was to prevent the deer from eating the young saplings that will be planted soon.
I enjoyed the project because I know I am making a difference to the Scottish countryside by building these fences. The bad thing about the project was that I had to get up early to get the bus there and when we got to the forest it was really cold and the ground was slippy so it was hard to get to the fence.
